- Develop and execute strategies to achieve revenue growth and retention targets for corporate accounts.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders at client organizations, including C-suite executives.
- Lead and manage a team of account managers, providing guidance, coaching, and support to ensure high performance.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing, and product, to develop and implement account plans and strategies.
- Monitor and analyze key metrics and performance indicators to identify areas for improvement and drive action plans.
- Conduct regular business reviews with clients to understand their needs, identify opportunities for growth, and address any concerns or issues.
- Serve as a subject matter expert on the company's products and services, and effectively communicate their value propositions to clients.
- Stay updated on industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities to inform account management strategies.
- Develop and maintain a deep understanding of clients' businesses and industries in order to anticipate their needs and provide customized solutions.
- Identify and pursue opportunities to upsell and cross-sell additional products and services to existing clients.
- Represent the company at industry events and conferences to network and generate new business leads.
- Collaborate with the sales team to identify and target potential new corporate account customers.
- Ensure high levels of client satisfaction by promptly addressing and resolving any issues or concerns.
- Develop and maintain a strong understanding of the company's policies, procedures, and industry regulations.
- Continuously evaluate and improve the account management processes to increase efficiency and effectiveness.
Extensive Experience In Account Management: A Successful Candidate Should Have At Least 5-7 Years Of Experience In Account Management, Preferably In A Corporate Setting. They Should Have A Proven Track Record Of Managing Large Corporate Accounts And Driving Revenue Growth.

In-Depth Knowledge Of Financial Software And Services: Intuit's Core Business Is Providing Financial Software And Services, So The Ideal Candidate Should Have A Deep Understanding Of These Products And Services.
