  1. Develop and execute strategies to achieve revenue growth and retention targets for corporate accounts.
  2. Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders at client organizations, including C-suite executives.
  3. Lead and manage a team of account managers, providing guidance, coaching, and support to ensure high performance.
  4. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing, and product, to develop and implement account plans and strategies.
  5. Monitor and analyze key metrics and performance indicators to identify areas for improvement and drive action plans.
  6. Conduct regular business reviews with clients to understand their needs, identify opportunities for growth, and address any concerns or issues.
  7. Serve as a subject matter expert on the company's products and services, and effectively communicate their value propositions to clients.
  8. Stay updated on industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities to inform account management strategies.
  9. Develop and maintain a deep understanding of clients' businesses and industries in order to anticipate their needs and provide customized solutions.
  10. Identify and pursue opportunities to upsell and cross-sell additional products and services to existing clients.
  11. Represent the company at industry events and conferences to network and generate new business leads.
  12. Collaborate with the sales team to identify and target potential new corporate account customers.
  13. Ensure high levels of client satisfaction by promptly addressing and resolving any issues or concerns.
  14. Develop and maintain a strong understanding of the company's policies, procedures, and industry regulations.
  15. Continuously evaluate and improve the account management processes to increase efficiency and effectiveness.

Job Qualifications
  • Extensive Experience In Account Management: A Successful Candidate Should Have At Least 5-7 Years Of Experience In Account Management, Preferably In A Corporate Setting. They Should Have A Proven Track Record Of Managing Large Corporate Accounts And Driving Revenue Growth.

  • Strong Leadership And People Management Skills: The Senior Manager Must Have Exceptional Leadership Skills, With The Ability To Motivate And Manage A Team Of Account Managers. They Should Be Able To Set Clear Goals, Provide Feedback, And Foster A Positive And Collaborative Work Environment.

  • In-Depth Knowledge Of Financial Software And Services: Intuit's Core Business Is Providing Financial Software And Services, So The Ideal Candidate Should Have A Deep Understanding Of These Products And Services. They Should Be Able To Effectively Communicate The Value Of Intuit's Offerings To Corporate Clients And Identify Opportunities For Upselling And Cross-Selling.

  • Strategic Thinking And Problem-Solving Abilities: The Senior Manager Will Be Responsible For Developing And Executing Account Management Strategies To Achieve Revenue And Retention Targets. They Should Have Strong Analytical Skills To Identify Growth Opportunities, As Well As The Ability To Think Creatively To Solve Complex Problems.

  • Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills: The Senior Manager Will Be The Main Point Of Contact For Corporate Clients, So They Should Have Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills.
