  1. Provide high-quality HR support to employees: As a Senior HR Support Partner, you will be responsible for providing guidance and support to employees on a wide range of HR-related matters, including but not limited to employee relations, performance management, benefits, and policy interpretation.
  2. Strategize and implement HR solutions: You will be expected to use your HR expertise to analyze and identify areas for improvement within the organization and develop and implement effective solutions to address them.
  3. This includes creating and implementing initiatives to enhance employee engagement and morale.
  4. Stay up-to-date on HR best practices: It will be your responsibility to stay informed about the latest HR trends and best practices and apply them within the organization to continuously improve our HR processes and policies.
  5. Collaborate with cross-functional teams: You will work closely with other departments, such as recruitment, training, and finance, to ensure alignment and consistency in HR practices, policies, and procedures.
  6. Handle employee relations issues: In this role, you will be responsible for handling employee relations issues, such as conflicts and grievances, in a fair and timely manner, while also ensuring compliance with company policies and applicable laws and regulations.
  7. Act as a trusted advisor: As a Senior HR Support Partner, you will be a go-to resource for employees and managers, providing them with guidance, advice, and support on various HR-related matters.
  8. Drive business success: Your role will directly contribute to the success of the company by attracting, developing, and retaining top talent, promoting a positive work culture, and ensuring compliance with HR policies and regulations.

Job Qualifications
  • Extensive Hr Knowledge And Experience: A Senior Hr Support Partner At Intuit Should Have A Deep Understanding Of Hr Principles, Practices, And Regulations. They Should Have At Least 5-7 Years Of Experience In A Similar Role, Preferably In A Fast-Paced And Innovative Organization.

  • Strong Communication And Interpersonal Skills: This Role Involves Working Closely With Employees, Managers, And Cross-Functional Teams. The Ideal Candidate Should Have Excellent Communication Skills, Both Verbal And Written, As Well As The Ability To Build Relationships And Influence Stakeholders At All Levels.

  • Proven Problem-Solving And Decision-Making Abilities: As A Senior Hr Support Partner, One Should Be Able To Identify And Analyze Complex Hr Issues And Provide Effective Solutions. They Should Also Be Able To Make Sound Decisions In A Timely Manner, Considering The Company's Values And Goals.

  • Demonstrated Leadership Skills: This Position Requires Leading And Mentoring A Team Of Hr Support Partners. The Candidate Should Have Prior Experience In Managing And Developing A Team, As Well As The Ability To Inspire And Motivate Others.

  • Proficiency In Hr Software And Systems: Intuit Is A Technology-Driven Company, And The Senior Hr Support Partner Should Be Familiar With Hr Software And Systems Such As Workday, Adp, Or Sap. They Should Also Have The Ability To Use Data And Analytics To Drive Hr Strategies And Decisions.
