- Develop and implement event strategies that align with Intuit's brand and objectives.
- Lead and manage all aspects of large-scale experiential events, including budgeting, vendor management, logistics, and execution.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless coordination and execution of events.
- Drive creativity and innovation in event planning and execution, constantly seeking new and engaging ways to showcase Intuit's products and services.
- Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including internal teams, external partners, and vendors.
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to continuously improve event experiences.
- Oversee event budgets and ensure cost efficiency while maintaining high-quality standards.
- Monitor and report on event metrics and success, making data-driven recommendations for future events.
- Ensure all events adhere to company policies, procedures, and safety regulations.
- Mentor and guide junior event team members, providing support and guidance to help them grow in their roles.
Extensive Event Planning Experience: The Ideal Candidate For This Position Should Have A Minimum Of 5 Years Of Experience In Event Planning And Management, With A Strong Focus On Experiential Events. They Should Have A Proven Track Record Of Successfully Executing Large-Scale Events.
Strategic Thinking And Problem-Solving Skills: The Senior Experiential Event Manager Should Possess Excellent Strategic Thinking And Problem-Solving Skills. They Should Be Able To Anticipate Potential Issues And Develop Contingency Plans To Ensure The Success Of The Event.
Strong Communication And Interpersonal Skills: This Position Requires Frequent Communication And Collaboration With Various Stakeholders, Including Internal Teams, Vendors, And Clients.
