Job Description

Intuit is seeking a highly experienced and motivated Senior Employee Relations Business Partner to join our dynamic and innovative team. As a Senior ER Business Partner, you will play a critical role in fostering a positive and inclusive work environment for our employees.   1. Develop and implement employee relations strategies and initiatives to foster a positive and inclusive work environment.
  2. Serve as a trusted advisor to management and HR partners on complex employee relations issues.
  3. Conduct thorough investigations into employee complaints and concerns, providing timely and effective resolution.
  4. Build and maintain strong relationships with employees at all levels of the organization.
  5. Advise and train managers on best practices for handling employee relations issues and promoting a positive workplace culture.
  6. Stay up-to-date on employment laws and regulations to ensure compliance and mitigate risk.
  7. Partner with legal counsel as needed to address legal aspects of employee relations matters.
  8. Analyze employee relations data and trends to identify areas of improvement and make recommendations to leadership.
  9. Develop and deliver training programs to promote a culture of respect, diversity, and inclusion.
  10. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to continuously improve and enhance employee relations processes and procedures.
  11. Communicate effectively with employees, managers, and HR partners to provide guidance on policies, procedures, and practices.
  12. Act as a point of escalation for complex or sensitive employee relations issues.
  13. Handle highly confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
  14. Represent the company in employment-related legal proceedings, as needed.
  15. Contribute to the overall success of the HR team and company by taking on additional projects and responsibilities as needed.

Job Qualifications
  • Minimum Of 7-10 Years Of Experience In Employee Relations, Preferably In A Senior Level Role.

  • In-Depth Knowledge Of Employment Laws, Regulations, And Best Practices, Including But Not Limited To Ada, Fmla, And Eeoc.

  • Strong Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Effectively Interact With All Levels Of Employees And Management.

  • Demonstrated Experience In Handling Complex Employee Relations Issues, Including Investigations, Conflict Resolution, And Performance Management.

  • Bachelor's Degree In Human Resources, Business Administration, Or A Related Field. Master's Degree Or Hr Certification (Phr, Sphr) Preferred.
