- Develop and maintain strong relationships with global partners, acting as the main point of contact for all legal matters.
- Draft, review, and negotiate complex business agreements, ensuring that all terms and conditions are in line with company policies and objectives.
- Conduct thorough legal analysis and provide recommendations to senior leadership on potential risks and opportunities related to global partnerships.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including business development, product, and finance, to ensure alignment and mitigate legal risks.
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and regulations, and proactively anticipate and address potential legal issues that may impact global partnerships.
- Act as a trusted advisor to the Global Partnerships team, providing legal guidance and support on a wide range of issues.
- Manage and prioritize a high volume of legal requests and projects, while maintaining a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
- Train and educate internal stakeholders on legal best practices and compliance requirements related to global partnerships.
- Work closely with external legal counsel, as needed, to provide guidance and support on complex legal matters.
- Continuously improve and streamline processes and procedures related to global partnerships, ensuring efficiency and compliance.
Extensive Experience In Partnership Management: A Senior Counsel At Intuit Must Have A Proven Track Record Of Successfully Managing Global Partnerships, Ideally In The Technology Or Financial Services Industry. They Should Have A Deep Understanding Of Partnership Dynamics And Be Able To Effectively Navigate Complex Relationships.
Legal Expertise: As A Senior Counsel, This Individual Must Have A Juris Doctor Degree And Be Licensed To Practice Law In At Least One State. They Should Have A Strong Understanding Of Commercial Contracts, Intellectual Property, And Other Legal Areas Related To Global Partnerships.
Strategic Thinking: Intuit’s Senior Counsel For Global Partnerships Should Be Able To Think Strategically And Identify New Partnership Opportunities That Align With The Company’s Overall Business Objectives. They Should Also Be Able To Develop And Execute Partnership Strategies That Drive Revenue Growth And Increase Market Share.
Excellent Communication And Negotiation Skills: This Role Requires Strong Communication And Negotiation Skills To Effectively Represent Intuit’s Interests In Partnership Discussions. The Senior Counsel Must Be Able To Build Relationships With Partners And Communicate Clearly And Persuasively To Achieve Mutually Beneficial Outcomes.
Cross-Cultural Competence: Intuit Operates Globally, And Its Senior Counsel For Global Partnerships Must Have A Strong Understanding Of Different Cultures And Be Able To Navigate Cross-Cultural Dynamics.
