  1. Conduct data analysis to identify key business insights and trends.
  2. Develop and maintain data models and dashboards to track company performance.
  3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business needs and provide data-driven recommendations.
  4. Present findings and insights to senior leadership in a clear and concise manner.
  5. Identify and recommend areas for improvement and optimization based on data analysis.
  6. Conduct market and competitive research to inform business strategy and decision-making.
  7. Continuously monitor and evaluate data quality to ensure accuracy and reliability.
  8. Develop and maintain data governance policies and procedures.
  9. Stay updated on industry trends and advancements in data analytics to drive innovation within the company.
  10. Mentor and train junior data analysts to develop their skills and knowledge.
  11. Collaborate with data engineers and IT teams to ensure data is properly collected, stored, and accessed.
  12. Proactively identify potential risks and issues and provide solutions to mitigate them.
  13. Communicate and collaborate effectively with team members and stakeholders to achieve company goals.
  14. Maintain a high level of confidentiality and ethical standards when handling sensitive data.
  15. Act as a subject matter expert on data analytics, providing guidance and support to other team members as needed.

  • Strong Analytical Skills: A Senior Business Data Analyst At Intuit Should Possess Excellent Analytical Skills To Identify Trends, Patterns, And Insights From Large And Complex Datasets. They Should Be Able To Use Various Statistical And Data Analysis Techniques To Support Business Decision-Making.

  • Experience With Business Intelligence Tools: The Ideal Candidate Should Have Hands-On Experience With Business Intelligence Tools Such As Tableau, Power Bi, Or Qlikview To Create Visualizations And Dashboards To Communicate Complex Data In A Simple And Intuitive Manner.
