Job Description

As a Senior Benefits Analyst & Program Manager at Intuit, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the well-being and satisfaction of our employees.   1. Develop and implement comprehensive benefits programs that align with Intuit's overall strategic goals and objectives.
  2. Conduct thorough analysis of current benefits offerings and make recommendations for improvement based on industry trends and employee feedback.
  3. Ensure compliance with all relevant benefits regulations and guidelines, such as HIPAA, ERISA, and ACA.
  4. Manage the day-to-day administration of employee benefits programs, including enrollment, changes, and terminations.
  5. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including HR, Finance, and Legal, to ensure seamless integration of benefits programs.
  6. Serve as a subject matter expert on all benefits-related matters and provide guidance and support to employees and management.
  7. Monitor benefits costs and make recommendations for cost-saving measures while maintaining competitive and attractive benefits offerings.
  8. Conduct regular audits to ensure accuracy and integrity of benefits data and make necessary corrections or updates.
  9. Stay current on industry trends and best practices in benefits programs and make recommendations for new initiatives or changes to existing programs.
  10. Communicate effectively with employees to educate them on available benefits and answer any questions or concerns.
  11. Oversee the open enrollment process and ensure timely and accurate communication to employees.
  12. Continuously evaluate and improve benefits processes and procedures to ensure efficiency and effectiveness.
  13. Mentor and train junior benefits team members and provide guidance and support as needed.
  14. Maintain strong relationships with benefits vendors and negotiate contracts and services as needed.
  15. Collaborate with external consultants or advisors as needed to provide expertise and support for benefits programs.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Or Master's Degree In Human Resources, Business Administration, Or A Related Field.

  • Minimum Of 5 Years Of Experience In Benefits Administration, With At Least 2 Years In A Senior Or Leadership Role.

  • Knowledge Of Federal And State Laws And Regulations Regarding Employee Benefits, Including But Not Limited To Erisa, Fmla, And Aca.

  • Strong Analytical Skills And Experience In Data Analysis And Reporting For Benefits Programs.

  • Excellent Project Management Skills And Experience In Managing Multiple Complex Benefits Programs Simultaneously.
