Strong Accounting And Bookkeeping Skills: A Quickbooks Live Expert Should Have A Strong Foundation In Accounting Principles And Bookkeeping Practices. This Includes Knowledge Of General Ledger, Accounts Payable And Receivable, Payroll, And Financial Reporting.
Proven Track Record Of Customer Service: As A Quickbooks Live Expert, The Candidate Will Be Responsible For Interacting With Clients On A Daily Basis. Excellent Communication Skills, Patience, And The Ability To Provide Exceptional Customer Service Are Essential For This Role.
Ability To Work Independently: A Quickbooks Live Expert Should Be Able To Work Independently And Manage Their Workload Effectively. This Includes Being Able To Prioritize Tasks, Meet Deadlines, And Handle Multiple Clients Simultaneously.
