Job Description

Perform QA reviews of alerts decisioned by frontline analysts within the screening tool. Document results of QA findings; maintain and enhance QA reporting to track areas of potential risk and present results to leadership. Provide timely feedback to operations teams and leverage QA findings and observations to design appropriate training. Apply sanctions compliance expertise to create and deploy screening-specific guidance to operations teams. Develop and deploy forecast models to measure current and future department resource needs based upon business trends and seasonality. Identify and implement data-driven recommendations for process improvement, resource efficiencies, and improved controls. Assist with special requests and data gathering for audit and/or regulatory purposes.

Job Qualifications
  • 1+ years relevant experience with OFAC/Sanctions/List Screening/AML

  • Knowledge of compliance program quality assurance processes and expectations

  • Experience with designing and hosting compliance-related trainings

  • Experience with conducting and documenting open source investigations, including the use of LexisNexis search tools

  • CAMS, CGSS, and/or CRCM Certification desirable
