Job Description

Lead highly complex initiatives with accountability/ responsibility that transcends multiple teams and projects across HR and IT organizations. Interface with key partners and vendors, ensuring they understand project deliverables, meet timing and cost deadlines, and collaborate with internal project stakeholders while augmenting internal team resources. Lead Year End & Talent Pay process and technology requirement elicitation, ensure technical milestones are delivered on time and scope. Define a technology vision and roadmap for specific initiatives and HR domains through strategic partnerships, influence, and both internal/external best-practices. Lead User Acceptance Testing (UAT) which includes creating, maintaining, and executing UAT scripts including regression testing the new functionality before deployment.

Job Qualifications
  • Minimum of 4+ years experience with HR technology solutions and functional knowledge of Compensation domain

  • Skilled at managing various internal and external stakeholders during complex implementation initiatives.

  • Must have Workday HCM and Advanced Compensation module expertise, Workday Advanced Compensation certification is preferred.
