- Develop and execute the product marketing strategy for our mid-market product portfolio.
- Lead cross-functional teams to drive product growth and customer success in the mid-market segment.
- Conduct market and competitive research to identify key trends and opportunities in the mid-market segment.
- Create compelling messaging and positioning for our mid-market products, tailored to the needs and pain points of our target audience.
- Collaborate with sales, product management, and other teams to ensure alignment and consistency in messaging and go-to-market plans.
- Develop and implement marketing campaigns and initiatives to generate leads and increase brand awareness in the mid-market segment.
- Track and analyze key metrics to measure the success of marketing efforts and make data-driven decisions to optimize strategies.
- Act as a subject matter expert for the mid-market segment, providing insights and recommendations to inform product development and business decisions.
- Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including customers, partners, and industry influencers, to drive product adoption and advocacy.
- Mentor and guide junior product marketing team members, fostering a collaborative and high-performing culture.
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in product marketing, and continuously seek out new opportunities for growth and improvement.
- Represent the company at industry events and conferences, showcasing our mid-market products and thought leadership.
Minimum 7 Years Of Experience In Product Marketing, Preferably In A Mid-Market Or B2B Setting
Proven Track Record Of Successfully Launching And Marketing Products To The Mid-Market Segment
Strong Understanding Of Mid-Market Customer Needs And Behaviors, And The Ability To Translate Those Into Effective Marketing Strategies
Excellent Communication And Leadership Skills, With The Ability To Collaborate And Influence Cross-Functional Teams
Experience With Financial Software And/Or Services Is Highly Preferred, As Well As A Bachelor's Degree In Marketing, Business, Or A Related Field
