  1. Develop and execute the product marketing strategy for our mid-market product portfolio.
  2. Lead cross-functional teams to drive product growth and customer success in the mid-market segment.
  3. Conduct market and competitive research to identify key trends and opportunities in the mid-market segment.
  4. Create compelling messaging and positioning for our mid-market products, tailored to the needs and pain points of our target audience.
  5. Collaborate with sales, product management, and other teams to ensure alignment and consistency in messaging and go-to-market plans.
  6. Develop and implement marketing campaigns and initiatives to generate leads and increase brand awareness in the mid-market segment.
  7. Track and analyze key metrics to measure the success of marketing efforts and make data-driven decisions to optimize strategies.
  8. Act as a subject matter expert for the mid-market segment, providing insights and recommendations to inform product development and business decisions.
  9. Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including customers, partners, and industry influencers, to drive product adoption and advocacy.
  10. Mentor and guide junior product marketing team members, fostering a collaborative and high-performing culture.
  11. Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in product marketing, and continuously seek out new opportunities for growth and improvement.
  12. Represent the company at industry events and conferences, showcasing our mid-market products and thought leadership.

Job Qualifications
  • Minimum 7 Years Of Experience In Product Marketing, Preferably In A Mid-Market Or B2B Setting

  • Proven Track Record Of Successfully Launching And Marketing Products To The Mid-Market Segment

  • Strong Understanding Of Mid-Market Customer Needs And Behaviors, And The Ability To Translate Those Into Effective Marketing Strategies

  • Excellent Communication And Leadership Skills, With The Ability To Collaborate And Influence Cross-Functional Teams

  • Experience With Financial Software And/Or Services Is Highly Preferred, As Well As A Bachelor's Degree In Marketing, Business, Or A Related Field
