  1. Develop and execute a comprehensive growth strategy for Quickbooks, in line with the company's mission and values.
  2. Lead and manage a team of product managers, providing guidance and direction to ensure the team's success in driving growth for Quickbooks.
  3. Conduct market research and analysis to identify growth opportunities and customer needs, using data to drive decision-making.
  4. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, sales, and engineering, to ensure alignment and execution of growth initiatives.
  5. Own the end-to-end product lifecycle, from ideation to launch, for new features and enhancements to Quickbooks.
  6. Drive customer engagement and retention by continuously improving the user experience and identifying opportunities for upselling and cross-selling.
  7. Develop and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success of growth initiatives, and use insights to inform future strategies.
  8. Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices, and apply them to product strategy to maintain a competitive edge.
  9. Provide regular updates and reports to senior leadership on the progress and impact of growth initiatives.
  10. Serve as an evangelist for Quickbooks, representing the product to external stakeholders and customers, and leveraging feedback to drive product improvements.

Job Qualifications
  • Extensive Experience In Product Management: A Principal Product Manager For Quickbooks Discovery & Engagement Should Have At Least 8-10 Years Of Experience In Product Management, Particularly In The Technology Industry. This Experience Should Include Successful Delivery Of Products That Drive Growth And Engagement.

  • Strong Understanding Of Growth Strategies: The Ideal Candidate Should Have A Deep Understanding Of Growth Strategies And How To Apply Them To Drive User Acquisition, Retention, And Engagement. They Should Have A Track Record Of Implementing Effective Growth Tactics And Metrics-Driven Decision Making.

  • Leadership And Team Management Skills: As A Principal Product Manager, The Candidate Will Be Responsible For Leading A Team Of Product Managers And Cross-Functional Teams To Deliver On Growth Goals. They Should Have Excellent Leadership And Team Management Skills, With The Ability To Motivate And Guide Team Members Towards A Common Goal.

  • Data-Driven Mindset: In Order To Drive Growth, The Candidate Must Be Data-Driven And Have A Strong Analytical Mindset. They Should Be Able To Use Data To Identify Opportunities For Growth, Measure Success, And Make Data-Backed Decisions.

  • Excellent Communication And Collaboration Skills: As A Principal Product Manager, The Candidate Will Need To Collaborate With Multiple Stakeholders, Including Engineers, Designers, Marketers, And Senior Leadership. They Should Have Excellent Communication Skills, Both Written And Verbal, And The Ability To Effectively Communicate Complex Ideas To Different Audiences. Strong Collaboration Skills Are Also Essential For Working Effectively With Cross-Functional Teams.
