10. Conduct quality checks on all motion design work to ensure accuracy, consistency, and adherence to project briefs.
11. Collaborate with the marketing and product teams to develop marketing campaigns, product demos, and other motion design assets.
12. Continuously improve and streamline the motion design process to increase efficiency and productivity.
13. Act as a subject matter expert in motion design and provide guidance and support to other team members.
