  1. Lead and manage the development of innovative and scalable solutions that align with Intuit's business goals and objectives.
  2. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize technical requirements and develop strategic plans for product development.
  3. Drive the technical direction and vision of Intuit's products, ensuring the use of cutting-edge technologies and practices.
  4. Mentor and provide technical guidance to engineers on the team, promoting a culture of continuous learning and growth.
  5. Conduct thorough research and analysis to identify new technologies and trends that can improve Intuit's products and services.
  6. Collaborate with product managers to define and refine product roadmaps and ensure technical feasibility.
  7. Develop and maintain documentation for technical designs, processes, and procedures.
  8. Participate in code reviews and ensure the quality and scalability of code.
  9. Act as a technical leader and advocate for best practices, coding standards, and quality assurance processes.
  10. Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues, providing timely and effective solutions.
  11. Stay updated on industry trends and advancements in technology, and provide recommendations for incorporating them into Intuit's products and processes.
  12. Communicate effectively with stakeholders and cross-functional teams to provide updates on project status, technical issues, and recommendations.
  13. Collaborate with senior leadership to define and implement technical strategies and initiatives.
  14. Foster a culture of innovation and creativity within the team, encouraging new ideas and approaches to problem-solving.
  15. Drive a culture of excellence and continuous improvement, ensuring high-quality and efficient delivery of products and services.
  16. Act as a brand ambassador for Intuit, promoting our values and creating a positive and collaborative work environment.

  • Extensive Technical Knowledge And Expertise: A Principal Engineer – Builder Catalyst At Intuit Should Possess A Deep Understanding Of Software Engineering Principles And Methodologies, As Well As Hands-On Experience In Building And Delivering Complex Software Products. They Should Also Be Proficient In Programming Languages Such As Java, C++, Or Python.

  • Strategic Thinking And Problem-Solving Abilities: This Role Requires A Strategic Thinker Who Can Identify Potential Roadblocks Or Inefficiencies In The Development Process And Come Up With Innovative Solutions To Overcome Them. They Should Also Have A Strong Problem-Solving Mindset To Troubleshoot Technical Issues And Provide Timely Resolutions.

  • Project Management Experience: Intuit's Principal Engineer – Builder Catalyst Is Responsible For Overseeing The Development And Delivery Of Multiple Projects Simultaneously. Therefore, Having Project Management Experience, Including Planning, Prioritization, And Resource Allocation Skills, Is Crucial For Success In This Role.
