  1. Develop and maintain the brand voice and messaging for Intuit, ensuring consistency across all communication channels.
  2. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business goals and objectives and translate them into compelling copy that resonates with our target audience.
  3. Create and edit copy for a variety of mediums, including website, social media, email, advertising, and more.
  4. Conduct research and stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices to continuously improve the effectiveness of our messaging.
  5. Craft compelling and impactful stories that highlight the value of our products and services and drive customer engagement.
  6. Work closely with design and marketing teams to create cohesive and visually appealing campaigns that align with the brand’s messaging.
  7. Ensure all copy is accurate, error-free, and adheres to brand guidelines.
  8. Monitor and analyze the performance of copy to inform future strategies and optimizations.
  9. Mentor and guide junior copywriters, providing constructive feedback and fostering a culture of continuous learning and development.
  10. Stay informed of industry regulations and guidelines to ensure all copy is compliant and meets legal requirements.
  11. Proactively seek out opportunities to improve and enhance our brand messaging and voice.
  12. Collaborate with external partners and agencies to ensure consistent messaging and brand representation.
  13. Represent the brand and its values in all communication efforts.
  14. Continuously strive to understand and connect with our target audience to create copy that resonates and drives action.
  15. Embody Intuit’s mission and values and serve as a brand ambassador both internally and externally.

Job Qualifications
  • Extensive Experience In Copywriting: A Principal Copywriter At Intuit Should Have At Least 8-10 Years Of Experience In Copywriting, With A Proven Track Record Of Creating Successful Campaigns And Content For Various Mediums Such As Print, Digital, And Social Media.

  • Strong Marketing And Branding Knowledge: The Ideal Candidate Should Have A Deep Understanding Of Marketing And Branding Principles, With The Ability To Create Compelling And Persuasive Messaging That Aligns With Intuit's Brand Guidelines And Tone Of Voice.

  • Excellent Writing And Editing Skills: The Principal Copywriter Should Have Exceptional Writing And Editing Skills, With A Keen Eye For Detail And The Ability To Adapt Their Writing Style To Different Audiences And Channels.

  • Strategic Thinking And Leadership: As A Senior Member Of The Copywriting Team, The Principal Copywriter Should Possess Strong Strategic Thinking Skills And The Ability To Guide And Inspire A Team Of Writers To Create Innovative And Effective Marketing Campaigns.

  • Knowledge Of Financial And Small Business Industry: Intuit's Products And Services Cater To Small Businesses And Individuals, So The Ideal Candidate Should Have A Good Understanding Of The Financial Industry And Small Business Needs, Along With The Ability To Translate Complex Financial Concepts Into Simple And Engaging Copy.
