  4. Lead and manage projects to streamline sales operations and improve overall sales performance.
  5. Identify and implement best practices for sales operations, including tools, processes, and procedures.
  6. Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) to track progress and identify areas for improvement.
  7. Develop and maintain sales forecasting models to accurately predict sales performance and inform business decisions.
  8. Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify potential threats and opportunities for the sales team.
  9. Train and mentor sales team members on processes and tools to ensure consistent and efficient execution.
  10. Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, both internal and external, to support sales operations objectives.
