Extensive Experience In Business Operations Management: The Ideal Candidate Should Have A Minimum Of 8-10 Years Of Experience In Managing Business Operations, Preferably In A High-Tech Or Software Company.
Strong Analytical And Problem-Solving Skills: The Candidate Should Be Able To Analyze Complex Data And Make Strategic Decisions To Improve Business Operations. They Should Also Have Experience In Identifying And Solving Operational Challenges.
