  1. Conduct new client onboarding for our payroll services, ensuring a seamless and efficient transition.
  2. Collaborate with various departments to gather necessary information and documents for new client setup.
  3. Communicate with clients to gather required information and answer any questions or concerns.
  4. Utilize company systems and tools to accurately set up new clients and ensure data integrity.
  5. Provide exceptional customer service to clients, addressing any issues or concerns in a timely and professional manner.
  6. Collaborate with team members to continuously improve and streamline the onboarding process.
  7. Stay up-to-date on industry trends and regulations related to payroll services.
  8. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure their satisfaction and retention.
  9. Assist with training and support for clients on payroll processes and systems.
  10. Maintain accurate and detailed records of all client interactions and onboarding activities.
  11. Identify and escalate any potential issues or challenges during the onboarding process.
  12. Proactively communicate with clients to provide updates and ensure a smooth onboarding experience.
  13. Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to identify potential opportunities for upselling our payroll services.
  14. Participate in team meetings and contribute ideas for improving processes and customer experience.
  15. Adhere to company policies and procedures, as well as all legal and regulatory requirements.

  • Knowledge Of Payroll Processes: The Ideal Candidate Should Have A Thorough Understanding Of Payroll Processes, Including Tax Laws, Deductions, And Reporting Requirements.

  • Proficiency In Payroll Software: Familiarity With Payroll Software, Such As Quickbooks, Is A Must For A Payroll Onboarding Associate, As They Will Be Responsible For Setting Up New Clients And Onboarding Them Onto The System.

  • Customer Service Experience: The Candidate Should Have Experience In Providing Exceptional Customer Service, As They Will Be Working Closely With Clients To Answer Any Questions And Resolve Any Issues Related To Their Payroll.
