Job Description

We’re looking for a motivated Partner Success Manager (Mailchimp) to join the Intuit team and take our business to the next level. In this role, you'll be responsible for managing and driving success of our Mailchimp partnership. To be successful in this role, you must have a knack for building relationships with internal and external stakeholders, as well as experience in Mailchimp and a strong understanding of the email marketing industry. You must also have excellent communication and organizational skills, be a strategic problem solver, and be highly motivated and results-oriented. A self-starter with a creative approach to problem solving and a passion for customer success would be a great fit for this role. Responsibilities:

  1. Develop and manage relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
  2. Monitor and evaluate the success of the Mailchimp partnership.
  3. Act as the main point of contact for any questions or issues related to the Mailchimp partnership.
  4. Develop and execute strategies to maximize customer success.
  5. Identify areas for improvement and develop initiatives to improve customer success.
  6. Analyze customer data and develop actionable insights.
  7. Design and manage campaigns and track performance metrics.
  8. Stay up-to-date on industry trends and emerging technologies.
  9. Develop training materials and provide technical support to customers.
  10. Work with cross-functional teams to ensure customer success.
