6. Troubleshooting technical issues or concerns that customers may encounter during the onboarding process.
7. Providing exceptional customer service by promptly responding to customer inquiries and resolving any issues in a timely manner.
8. Creating and updating onboarding materials and resources to ensure they accurately reflect our products and services.
9. Maintaining accurate and detailed records of customer interactions and onboarding progress.
