1. Coordinate and conduct new hire onboarding process, including scheduling and conducting orientations, preparing necessary paperwork, and guiding new employees through company policies and procedures.
2. Serve as the primary point of contact for new hires and provide exceptional customer service throughout their onboarding journey.
3. Collaborate with HR team to ensure all necessary paperwork and documentation is completed accurately and in a timely manner.
4. Facilitate training for new employees on company systems, processes, and tools to ensure a smooth transition into their roles.
5. Develop and maintain onboarding materials and resources to continually improve the onboarding experience for new hires.
6. Continuously evaluate and improve the onboarding process, incorporating feedback and best practices to enhance the employee experience.
7. Act as a liaison between departments to ensure a seamless integration for new employees.
8. Assist with offboarding processes and procedures for departing employees.
9. Keep abreast of industry trends and best practices in onboarding to ensure Intuit's processes remain competitive and effective.
10. Provide support to managers and HR team in various HR initiatives and projects as needed.
11. Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
12. Foster a positive and welcoming environment for new hires, promoting the company culture and values.
13. Contribute to a positive and collaborative team culture, fostering open communication and teamwork.
14. Stay updated on company policies and procedures, ensuring all onboarding processes are in compliance with company and legal standards.
