- Establish and maintain strong relationships with mid-market clients to ensure their satisfaction with Intuit's products and services.
- Act as the primary point of contact for assigned accounts, providing exceptional customer service and support.
- Develop a deep understanding of Intuit's financial software products and services in order to effectively communicate their value to clients.
- Proactively identify and address any issues or concerns raised by clients, working to resolve them in a timely and satisfactory manner.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement strategies to drive account growth and retention.
- Utilize data and analytics to track client usage and identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling.
- Conduct regular check-ins and business reviews with clients to ensure their needs are being met and identify any areas for improvement.
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in financial technology to provide clients with the most relevant and valuable insights.
- Act as a brand ambassador for Intuit, representing the company in a professional and positive manner at all times.
- Maintain accurate and thorough records of client interactions and account activity in CRM systems.
- Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to identify potential new business opportunities within assigned accounts.
- Participate in training and development programs to continuously enhance knowledge and skills.
- Meet or exceed assigned sales and retention targets.
Bachelor's Degree In Business Administration Or A Related Field
3-5 Years Of Experience In Account Management Or Sales, Preferably In The Mid-Market Sector
Proven Track Record Of Successfully Managing And Growing Client Accounts
Strong Understanding Of Financial Software And Technology Solutions
Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Build And Maintain Relationships With Key Stakeholders.
