  1. Develop and implement strategic plans to drive customer success and satisfaction for our top clients.
  2. Lead a team of customer success managers, providing guidance, support, and mentorship to ensure their success.
  3. Foster strong relationships with key stakeholders within our top customer accounts.
  4. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, product, and support, to ensure a seamless customer experience.
  5. Monitor and analyze customer data to identify areas of improvement and develop strategies to increase customer retention and loyalty.
  6. Conduct regular business reviews with top customers to understand their needs, challenges, and goals, and provide relevant solutions.
  7. Develop and implement processes and procedures to streamline and improve the customer success team's efficiency and effectiveness.
  8. Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in customer success, and apply that knowledge to enhance our customer success strategies.
  9. Act as a point of escalation for any customer issues and work to resolve them in a timely and satisfactory manner.
  10. Collaborate with the sales team to identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling to existing customers.
  11. Provide regular reports and updates to senior management on the team's performance and progress towards goals.
  12. Represent the company at industry events and conferences to network and promote our customer success initiatives.
  13. Continuously monitor and assess customer satisfaction levels and implement strategies to improve them.
  14. Train and onboard new customer success managers to ensure they are equipped to support our top customers effectively.
  15. Maintain a strong understanding of our products and services to effectively communicate their value to customers and drive adoption.

Job Qualifications
  • Extensive Experience In Customer Success: A Manager Of Strategic Customer Success At Intuit Should Have A Strong Background In Customer Success, With A Proven Track Record Of Building And Maintaining Relationships With Key Clients.

  • Strategic Thinking And Problem-Solving Skills: The Ideal Candidate Should Have A Strategic Mindset And Be Able To Think Critically To Identify Potential Issues Or Opportunities For Growth Within The Customer Base.

  • Leadership And Team Management Experience: As A Manager, This Role Will Require Strong Leadership Skills And The Ability To Effectively Manage A Team Of Customer Success Professionals To Drive Results.

  • Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills: Effective Communication Is Key In This Role, As The Manager Will Be Responsible For Building And Maintaining Relationships With Key Clients As Well As Collaborating With Internal Teams.

  • Knowledge Of Intuit Products And Services: It Is Important For This Role To Have A Deep Understanding Of Intuit's Products And Services In Order To Effectively Support And Guide Customers In Utilizing Them To Achieve Their Strategic Goals.
