  1. Develop and implement digital sales strategies to drive revenue growth and achieve company objectives.
  2. Lead and manage a team of sales representatives to ensure they meet and exceed sales targets and deliver exceptional customer experiences.
  3. Continuously monitor and analyze sales data and market trends to identify opportunities for growth and improvement.
  4. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize the digital sales process and enhance the customer journey.
  5. Develop and maintain relationships with key clients and partners to drive business development and generate new sales opportunities.
  6. Train, coach, and mentor sales representatives to improve their skills and performance.
  7. Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide constructive feedback to team members.
  8. Lead by example and maintain a high level of professionalism, integrity, and motivation within the team.
  9. Stay up-to-date with industry developments, competition, and market trends to inform sales strategies and stay ahead of the curve.
  10. Monitor and maintain customer satisfaction and retention rates by addressing customer concerns and ensuring timely and effective resolution.
  11. Collaborate with marketing and product teams to develop and execute effective sales campaigns and promotions.
  12. Represent the company at industry events and conferences as a subject matter expert on digital sales.
