
Manager 1, Intuit Enterprise Suite Service and Support

- Lead and manage the Enterprise Suite Service and Support division at Intuit.
- Oversee a team of professionals and provide guidance, coaching, and support as needed.
- Ensure that the team is delivering high-quality and efficient service to our Enterprise Suite clients.
- Develop and implement strategies to improve the overall customer service experience and satisfaction.
- Monitor and analyze team performance and identify areas for improvement.
- Collaborate with other departments to address and resolve complex customer issues.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends and best practices in customer service and technical support.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with Enterprise Suite clients.
- Create and maintain reports on team performance, customer satisfaction, and other key metrics.
- Train and onboard new team members to ensure they are equipped to provide exceptional service to our clients.
- Foster a positive and productive work environment that encourages growth and development.
- Handle escalated customer complaints and ensure timely resolution.
- Develop and maintain standard operating procedures for the division.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and implement process improvements.
- Keep up-to-date with the Enterprise Suite product and service offerings to effectively support clients.
Minimum Of 3 Years Of Experience In A Managerial Role, Preferably In A Customer Service Or Technical Support Environment.
Strong Knowledge And Understanding Of Intuit Enterprise Suite Products And Services.
Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills To Effectively Lead And Manage A Team.
Proven Track Record Of Achieving And Exceeding Performance Goals And Targets.
Ability To Adapt To Changing Business Needs And Make Strategic Decisions To Improve Service And Support Processes.
