- Develop and maintain strong relationships with major clients, serving as a trusted advisor and point of contact for all their needs and concerns.
- Identify and understand the unique financial goals and challenges of each client in order to provide tailored solutions and drive customer satisfaction.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely and successful delivery of products and services to clients.
- Proactively identify new business opportunities and upsell/cross-sell opportunities within assigned accounts.
- Conduct regular account reviews and monitor key metrics to measure client success and identify areas for improvement.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of company products, services, and industry trends to effectively communicate value propositions to clients.
- Act as a liaison between clients and internal teams, advocating for client needs and priorities.
- Develop and execute strategic account plans to achieve revenue and retention goals.
- Manage contract negotiations and renewals with clients, ensuring the best possible outcomes for both parties.
- Provide regular and accurate sales forecasts and reports to senior management.
- Continuously assess and improve processes and procedures to enhance the overall client experience and drive efficiency.
- Stay informed on competitor activities and market trends, providing insights and recommendations to the company.
- Serve as a brand ambassador, representing the company in a professional and positive manner at all times.
- Mentor and guide junior account management team members, providing training and support as needed.
- Travel to client sites as required to foster in-person relationships and attend industry events and conferences to network and promote company offerings.
Bachelor's Degree In Business Administration Or Related Field.
Minimum Of 5 Years Of Experience In Sales Or Account Management, Preferably In A B2B Environment.
Proven Track Record Of Meeting And Exceeding Sales Targets And Managing Large, Complex Accounts.
Excellent Communication And Presentation Skills, With The Ability To Build Strong Relationships With Key Stakeholders.
Knowledge And Understanding Of Financial Software And Technology, With A Strong Understanding Of The Accounting And Finance Industry.
