
Lifecycle Marketing Manager
You will build a deep understanding of both our customers and the Mailchimp platform, so you are able to craft powerful customer experiences for Mailchimp users in their first 90 days. We are seeking a Manager of Lifecycle Marketing, Early Life to join our growing Lifecycle Marketing and Operations team. This is a new role, responsible for developing deep knowledge of newly activated customers in their first 90 days with Mailchimp. You will help design and create end-to-end journeys that are relevant, compelling, and customizable and guide new customers through their early onboarding experiences in accordance with their preferences and intent. You will partner with Marketing Operations to plan and manage the end to end process of multi-channel campaigns, using the right technology and data to amplify the strategy.
4+ yrs experience in Lifecycle/Email marketing, with a preference for candidates that have worked on early lifecycle experiences
Proven ability utilizing key customer and behavioral data to drive compelling and relevant customer communications strategies
Expertise in dynamic, triggered notifications, and multi-platform direct customer communications
Prior experience with B2B SaaS products, and specifically SaaS based marketing solutions, a plus
