- Develop and execute the technical strategy for Intuit's Trust & Safety initiatives
- Lead a team of product managers to drive the development and implementation of innovative solutions
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineering, design, legal, and compliance, to ensure the security and protection of customer data and financial information
- Conduct market research and analysis to identify customer needs and industry trends in trust and safety
- Define product requirements and develop a roadmap for the Trust & Safety product portfolio
- Monitor and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success and impact of new product initiatives
- Stay up-to-date on the latest cybersecurity threats and regulatory requirements to inform product strategy and roadmap
- Communicate product plans, progress, and results to senior leadership and stakeholders
- Build and maintain relationships with external partners and vendors to enhance Intuit's Trust & Safety capabilities
- Mentor and coach team members to foster a culture of innovation and continuous improvement within the product management function.
Extensive Experience In Product Management: A Lead Product Manager For Trust & Safety Technical Strategy At Intuit Should Have At Least 7-10 Years Of Experience In Product Management, With A Proven Track Record Of Successfully Launching And Managing Complex Products Or Features.
Strong Understanding Of Trust And Safety Principles: The Ideal Candidate Should Have A Deep Understanding Of Trust And Safety Principles And Best Practices In The Tech Industry, Including Fraud Prevention, User Privacy, And Data Protection.
Technical Background: A Lead Product Manager For Trust & Safety Technical Strategy Should Have A Strong Technical Background, With Experience In Software Engineering, Data Analytics, And/Or Machine Learning. This Will Enable Them To Effectively Collaborate With Cross-Functional Teams And Make Data-Driven Decisions.
Leadership And Strategic Thinking: As A Lead Product Manager, This Role Requires Strong Leadership Skills And The Ability To Think Strategically. The Candidate Should Have Experience In Managing And Mentoring A Team, As Well As Developing And Executing Long-Term Product Strategies.
Excellent Communication And Collaboration Skills: This Role Involves Working Closely With Various Stakeholders, Including Engineers, Designers, Data Scientists, And Legal Teams. The Candidate Should Have Exceptional Communication And Collaboration Skills To Effectively Convey Complex Technical Concepts And Drive Alignment Among Cross-Functional Teams.
