- Conduct financial analysis and provide insights to support key business decisions.

- Monitor and analyze variances between actual and forecasted financial results.

Strong Analytical Skills: A Lead Financial Analyst At Intuit Must Possess Strong Analytical Skills To Analyze Financial Data, Identify Trends, And Provide Insights To Support Decision-Making For The Company's Corporate Financial Planning And Analysis (Fp&A) Function.
Financial Planning And Forecasting Experience: The Ideal Candidate Should Have At Least 5 Years Of Experience In Financial Planning And Forecasting, Preferably In A Corporate Fp&A Role. This Includes Experience In Budgeting, Forecasting, And Variance Analysis.
Advanced Excel And Data Manipulation Skills: Intuit Relies Heavily On Data To Inform Business Decisions, So A Lead Financial Analyst Must Be Proficient In Excel And Have The Ability To Manipulate And Analyze Large Datasets. Experience With Data Visualization Tools Such As Tableau Or Power Bi Is Also Preferred.
Strong Communication And Collaboration Skills: As A Lead Financial Analyst, The Candidate Will Be Working With Cross-Functional Teams, Including Finance, Accounting, And Business Partners.
