They must have an understanding of the challenges and opportunities that come with creating a truly diverse and inclusive workplace. In addition, they will be an inspirational leader and have excellent communication and interpersonal skills.This is an exciting opportunity for the right candidate to join a leading company and make a real impact on our culture and our future. We are looking for a driven and innovative individual who will develop an inspiring and effective DEI strategy that meets the needs of our diverse employee population.

Responsibilities:

  1. Lead and develop the DEI strategy for Intuit, ensuring that the needs of the diverse employee population are met.
  2. Create and cultivate an inspiring and effective DEI environment.
  3. Develop and implement initiatives to promote diversity, equity, and inclusion in the workplace.
  4. Ensure compliance with all relevant laws and regulations related to DEI.
  5. Monitor and evaluate the progress of DEI initiatives.
  6. Act as an inspirational leader and mentor to employees, providing support and guidance.
  7. Communicate and collaborate with business stakeholders to ensure alignment with DEI objectives.
  8. Utilize data-driven decision making to ensure that DEI objectives are met.
  9. Liaise with external partners to ensure a consistent and effective DEI strategy is maintained.
  10. Develop training and educational resources to support DEI initiatives.

Compensation
