  3. Lead and manage a team of sales enablement professionals, providing guidance, coaching, and support to drive performance.
  4. Create and maintain sales enablement materials, tools, and programs that effectively communicate product value propositions and support the sales process.
  5. Analyze market trends and customer insights to identify opportunities for sales enablement initiatives.
  6. Work closely with sales leadership to understand their needs and provide support and resources to help them achieve their goals.
  7. Monitor and track the effectiveness of sales enablement programs, making adjustments and improvements as needed.
  8. Stay informed on industry best practices and trends in sales enablement, bringing new ideas and strategies to the team.
  9. Serve as a subject matter expert on sales enablement, providing guidance and support to other teams within the organization.
  10. Foster a collaborative and positive working environment, promoting teamwork and open communication.
  11. Drive a culture of continuous improvement, proactively identifying areas for growth and implementing solutions.
  12. Represent the company at industry events and conferences, showcasing our sales enablement strategies and initiatives.
  13. Develop and manage budgets for sales enablement initiatives, ensuring efficient use of resources.
  14. Communicate and report on sales enablement initiatives and results to senior leadership.
  15. Champion the company's mission, values, and culture, fostering a strong and positive brand image.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Marketing, Business Administration, Or A Related Field.

  • Minimum Of 5 Years Of Experience In B2B Marketing, Preferably In A Software Or Technology Company.

  • Strong Leadership Skills With Experience Managing And Developing A Team.

  • Proven Track Record Of Successfully Driving Sales Enablement Initiatives And Achieving Revenue Targets.

  • Excellent Communication And Collaboration Skills, With The Ability To Effectively Work Cross-Functionally With Sales, Product, And Other Teams.
