  1. Develop and execute strategic marketing plans for QB Payments, aligned with overall business objectives and goals.
  2. Lead and manage a team of marketing professionals, providing guidance, coaching, and support to drive high performance.
  3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product, sales, and finance, to develop and launch innovative payment solutions that meet customer needs.
  4. Conduct research and gather insights on the payments industry, competitors, and target markets to inform marketing strategies and tactics.
  5. Develop and manage marketing budgets, ensuring efficient and effective use of resources to drive maximum ROI.
  6. Drive customer acquisition and retention through the development and execution of impactful marketing campaigns.
  7. Utilize data and analytics to measure and track the success of marketing initiatives, making data-driven decisions to optimize performance.
  8. Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices, and proactively identify opportunities for innovation and improvement within the payments landscape.
  9. Foster a culture of collaboration and innovation within the team, encouraging open communication and idea-sharing.
  10. Represent Intuit and QB Payments at industry events and conferences, building relationships with key stakeholders and promoting our brand and products.
  11. Continuously assess and improve marketing processes and workflows, implementing best practices and identifying opportunities for efficiency.
  12. Maintain a strong understanding of our target audience and their pain points, ensuring marketing messaging and positioning resonates with them.
  13. Communicate regularly with senior leadership, providing updates on marketing initiatives and sharing insights and recommendations.
  14. Ensure all marketing materials and communications adhere to brand guidelines and accurately represent our products and services.
  15. Drive a culture of innovation and collaboration within the QB Payments marketing team, fostering a positive and inclusive work environment.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Marketing, Business Administration, Or A Related Field.

  • Minimum Of 7-10 Years Of Experience In Marketing, With At Least 3 Years In A Managerial Role.

  • Strong Leadership Skills And The Ability To Effectively Manage And Motivate A Team.

  • Extensive Knowledge And Experience In Developing And Implementing Marketing Strategies For Fintech Products.
