  1. Lead and manage a team of strategic success managers, providing guidance, support, and coaching to ensure their success in driving customer satisfaction and revenue growth.
  2. Develop and implement strategies to drive customer success and retention, while also identifying opportunities for revenue growth.
  3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align on goals and develop strategies to improve overall customer experience and success.
  4. Monitor and analyze key performance indicators to track team and individual success, and make data-driven decisions to drive improvement.
  5. Develop and maintain relationships with key customers to understand their needs and challenges, and provide solutions to drive their success.
  6. Provide regular updates and reports to senior management on team and individual performance and progress towards goals.
  7. Continuously identify areas for improvement and implement process enhancements to increase efficiency and effectiveness of the team.
  8. Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to ensure the team is providing innovative and effective solutions to customers.
  9. Lead by example and foster a positive and collaborative team culture that promotes growth and development.
  10. Represent the company at industry events and conferences to promote our solutions and build relationships with potential customers.
