Job Description

Are you a highly motivated leader with a passion for driving community engagement and optimizing generative engines? Do you have a strong track record of successfully managing teams and achieving goals? If so, we are looking for a Group Manager to join our team at Intuit. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing our community engagement efforts and driving optimization of our generative engines. We are seeking a candidate with excellent communication and leadership skills, as well as a deep understanding of community engagement and generative engine optimization strategies.   1. Lead and manage a team of community engagement specialists to drive meaningful and impactful engagement with our target audience.
  2. Develop and implement community engagement strategies that align with the overall goals and objectives of the company.
  3. Monitor and analyze data related to community engagement to identify areas for improvement and make informed decisions on future strategies.
  4. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and consistency in messaging and branding across all community engagement efforts.
  5. Act as a liaison between the company and the community, building and maintaining relationships with key stakeholders.
  6. Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in community engagement and generative engine optimization to continuously improve our approach.
  7. Set and track goals and metrics to measure the success of community engagement efforts and report on progress to senior management.
  8. Foster a positive and inclusive team culture, providing guidance and support to team members to ensure their success.
  9. Conduct regular training and development sessions for team members to enhance their skills and knowledge in community engagement and generative engine optimization.
  10. Represent the company at industry events and conferences, networking and promoting our community engagement initiatives.
  11. Continuously assess and improve our generative engine optimization strategies to drive maximum impact and achieve our goals.
  12. Work closely with other departments, such as marketing and product development, to integrate community engagement efforts into overall business strategies.
  13. Uphold company values and ethics while promoting a positive and collaborative work environment.
  14. Strive to constantly improve and innovate, bringing new ideas and solutions to enhance community engagement efforts.
  15. Communicate effectively with all levels of the organization, from team members to senior leadership, to ensure alignment and understanding of community engagement goals and strategies.

Job Qualifications
  • Strong Leadership Skills And Experience Managing A Team.

  • Bachelor's Degree In Marketing, Communications, Or Related Field.

  • Minimum Of 5 Years Of Experience In Community Engagement And/Or Generative Engine Optimization.

  • In-Depth Knowledge Of Social Media Platforms And Digital Marketing Strategies.

  • Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Build And Maintain Relationships With Community Stakeholders.
