  1. Develop and implement a comprehensive finance transformation program strategy to support Intuit's overall business objectives.
  2. Lead and manage all aspects of the finance transformation program, including budget, timeline, resources, and deliverables.
  3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize key areas for transformational change in the finance department.
  4. Conduct thorough analysis of current finance processes and systems to identify areas for improvement and develop recommendations for streamlining and optimizing operations.
  5. Create and implement change management plans to ensure successful adoption of new processes and systems.
  6. Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders across the organization to drive alignment and support for the finance transformation program.
  7. Monitor and report on the progress of the finance transformation program, identifying and addressing any potential roadblocks or issues.
  8. Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in finance transformation to continuously improve and evolve the program.
  9. Build and lead a high-performing team to execute the finance transformation program.
  10. Act as a subject matter expert and provide guidance and support to team members and stakeholders throughout the program.
  11. Foster a culture of innovation and continuous improvement within the finance department.
  12. Communicate progress, challenges, and successes of the finance transformation program to senior leadership and other stakeholders.
  13. Ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and internal policies throughout the finance transformation process.
  14. Represent Intuit and the finance transformation program at industry events and conferences.
  15. Continuously monitor and evaluate the success and impact of the finance transformation program, making adjustments and improvements as needed.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Finance, Business Administration, Or A Related Field.

  • Minimum Of 5 Years Of Experience In Financial Management, Project Management, And/Or Process Improvement.

  • Strong Understanding Of Financial Systems And Processes, Including Erp Systems And Financial Reporting Tools.

  • Experience Leading Large-Scale Finance Transformation Or Optimization Projects.

  • Excellent Communication And Leadership Skills, With The Ability To Collaborate And Influence Cross-Functional Teams.
