  4. Utilize business intelligence tools to gather, analyze, and present data to inform business decisions.
  5. Serve as a subject matter expert on SOX compliance and financial reporting, providing guidance and support to team members.
  6. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify areas for improvement and implement solutions to enhance financial processes.
  7. Communicate complex financial information to stakeholders in a clear and concise manner.
  8. Stay up-to-date with industry trends and changes in regulations to ensure compliance and identify potential risks.
  9. Conduct regular audits and reviews to identify and address any discrepancies or issues.
  10. Train and mentor junior team members to develop their skills and knowledge in finance, SOX compliance, and data analysis.

Job Qualifications
  • Extensive Knowledge Of Sox Compliance Regulations And Procedures, Including Experience With Financial Reporting And Internal Controls.

  • Strong Analytical Skills And Ability To Interpret Complex Financial Data To Identify Potential Risks And Areas For Improvement.

  • Proficiency In Bi Tools And Data Analysis Software, Such As Tableau Or Power Bi, With A Demonstrated Ability To Create Insightful And Actionable Reports.

  • Experience In Project Management And Leading Cross-Functional Teams, With A Track Record Of Successfully Implementing Process Improvements And Driving Change.

  • Bachelor's Degree In Finance, Accounting, Or A Related Field, With A Minimum Of 5 Years Of Experience In A Finance Or Audit Role. Cpa Or Cia Certification Preferred.
