Enterprise Business Continuity Program Manager

Intuit is looking for an experienced and highly motivated Enterprise Business Continuity Program Manager to join our team. In this role, you will provide strategic guidance and oversight to ensure that all business continuity plans and procedures are effectively developed, tested, and maintained. The successful candidate should have strong problem-solving skills and a passion for excellence in all aspects of their work.As Enterprise Business Continuity Program Manager, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining business continuity plans and procedures for Intuit’s entire enterprise. You will work closely with multiple stakeholders, including business leaders, IT professionals, and risk and compliance teams to ensure that all continuity plans and procedures effectively address the needs of the organization.To be successful in this role, you will need to have a minimum of 5 years' experience in business continuity or risk management, strong communication and project management skills, and a demonstrated ability to develop and manage complex business continuity plans. In addition, you should have a strong understanding of business continuity best practices and a commitment to driving continuous improvement. Finally, you must possess a customer-focused attitude and the ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.

Responsibilities:

1. Develop and maintain comprehensive business continuity plans and procedures for Intuit’s entire enterprise.
2. Work closely with business leaders, IT professionals, and risk and compliance teams to ensure continuity plans and procedures address the needs of the organization.
3. Utilize strong problem solving skills to identify and address potential business continuity risks.
4. Develop and manage complex business continuity plans.
5. Monitor and evaluate existing business continuity plans and recommend areas for improvement.
6. Ensure compliance with applicable regulations, policies, and standards.
7. Provide guidance and support to stakeholders in the development and implementation of business continuity plans.
8. Collaborate with IT teams to ensure successful testing and maintenance of business continuity plans.
9. Demonstrate a customer-focused attitude and the ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
10. Stay up to date on business continuity best practices and industry trends.
