  1. Conduct eDiscovery processes, including data collection, preservation, review, and production, in accordance with company policies and legal requirements.
  2. Assist in developing and implementing eDiscovery strategies and protocols to ensure efficient and cost-effective processes.
  3. Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders, including legal teams and third-party vendors, to manage eDiscovery projects and deadlines.
  4. Maintain and organize electronic and physical case files, ensuring all documents are accurately labeled and stored securely.
  5. Review and analyze documents for relevancy, privilege, and confidentiality in preparation for litigation.
  6. Prepare and maintain litigation support materials, including exhibits, witness lists, and deposition summaries.
  7. Conduct legal research and draft motions, pleadings, and other legal documents as needed.
  8. Communicate with internal and external parties to ensure timely and accurate exchange of information and documents.
  9. Stay up to date on industry trends and best practices related to eDiscovery and litigation support.
  10. Maintain confidentiality and ensure compliance with data privacy and protection laws.
  11. Collaborate with the legal team to provide recommendations and support on legal matters.
  12. Participate in training and development opportunities to enhance knowledge and skills in eDiscovery and litigation support.
  13. Adhere to budget and resource constraints while managing eDiscovery projects.
  14. Represent the company in a professional and ethical manner at all times.
  15. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and implement process improvements and efficiencies.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Paralegal Studies Or Related Field.

  • Minimum Of 3 Years Experience In Ediscovery And Litigation Support.

  • Strong Understanding Of Ediscovery Procedures And Software, Such As Relativity And Concordance.

  • Experience Working With Large Volumes Of Electronic Data And Managing Document Review Processes.

  • Excellent Organizational And Communication Skills, With The Ability To Work Independently And Collaboratively With Legal Teams.
