Job Description

Champions a diverse workforce throughout the employee life cycle. Provide coaching and guidance to people leaders regarding best practices to maximize the employee experience. Develop, drive and deliver DEI programs and initiatives to support the overall strategy and goals. Drive the mindset, skills and behaviors required to uphold our company values, culture and code of conduct. Collaborate with multiple HR functions (HRBPs, Employee Relations, Talent Development, etc.) in P&P to support the DEI strategy and align our culture and performance with our total rewards and recognition strategies.

Job Qualifications

  • Ability to work across multiple groups within an employee population.

  • Ability to navigate complexity and thrive in a fast paced and changing environment using strong judgment and decision-making skills.

  • Minimum 4-6 years of HR experience, work experience in diversity, equity and inclusion required

  • DEI certifications a plus, but not required
