  1. Develop and execute the product strategy for the Banking & Money OS division in alignment with the overall company goals and objectives.
  2. Lead and manage a team of product managers, providing guidance, support, and mentorship to ensure the successful delivery of products and features.
  3. Conduct market research and stay updated on industry trends, customer needs, and competitor offerings to identify new product opportunities and drive innovation.
  4. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineering, design, marketing, and sales, to define product requirements and ensure timely and high-quality product delivery.
  5. Define and track key performance indicators (KPIs) for the Banking & Money OS division and use data-driven insights to make informed decisions and drive product improvements.
  6. Manage the product lifecycle from ideation to launch, including product roadmap planning, prioritization, and feature release schedules.
  7. Foster a culture of continuous improvement within the product management team, encouraging experimentation, learning, and adaptation to drive product success.
  8. Act as a product evangelist, communicating the value proposition and benefits of the Banking & Money OS products to internal stakeholders, customers, and partners.
  9. Ensure compliance with relevant regulations and industry standards in the development and release of products.
  10. Stay updated on the latest advancements in banking and money management technology and proactively identify opportunities to incorporate them into our products to maintain a competitive edge.
