Director, People Support Services

Intuit is looking for a passionate and experienced Director of People Support Services to join our team. In this critical role, you will be responsible for developing and executing a comprehensive people support strategy that focuses on creating an engaging, inclusive, and equitable work environment. The ideal candidate will possess a combination of business acumen, people-focused leadership, and deep knowledge of HR operations.We are looking for a dynamic leader who is an expert in their field and has a track record of success. You should have a minimum of 10 years of experience in Human Resources and/or People Support Services, with a proven ability to drive change and foster a culture of employee engagement. You must have a successful record of developing and implementing strategies to support employee needs, and a strong knowledge of labor laws and regulations. 5. Manage and monitor all HR operations

7. Monitor employee performance and provide feedback
8. Provide guidance and support to employees on a daily basis
9. Ensure compliance with all applicable laws and regulations
10. Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth HR operations
11. Monitor and report on HR metrics
12. Provide guidance and assistance in resolving employee conflicts and grievances.
