- Develop and execute Intuit's global sales enablement strategy.
- Lead and manage a team responsible for implementing and executing sales enablement initiatives.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify sales enablement needs and priorities.
- Create and implement training programs, tools, and resources to support global sales teams.
- Develop and maintain sales enablement metrics to track and measure the success of initiatives.
- Identify and assess sales skills and knowledge gaps and develop targeted solutions to address them.
- Partner with sales leaders to align sales enablement programs with business objectives.
- Stay current on industry trends and best practices in sales enablement to continuously improve and innovate our approach.
- Foster a culture of continuous learning and development within the sales organization.
- Lead change management efforts to ensure successful adoption of new sales enablement initiatives.
- Communicate and report on sales enablement efforts and results to senior leadership.
- Serve as a subject matter expert and resource for global sales teams.
- Manage and allocate budget and resources for sales enablement initiatives.
- Mentor and develop team members to support their professional growth and career advancement.
- Represent Intuit at industry events and conferences related to sales enablement.
Extensive Sales Enablement Experience: The Ideal Candidate Should Have At Least 10 Years Of Experience In Sales Enablement, Preferably In A Global Setting. They Should Have A Proven Track Record Of Successfully Implementing Sales Enablement Strategies And Programs To Drive Revenue Growth.
Strong Leadership Skills: As A Director Of Global Sales Enablement, The Candidate Will Be Responsible For Leading A Team Of Sales Enablement Professionals Across Different Regions. They Should Have Excellent Leadership Skills, Including The Ability To Motivate And Mentor Team Members, And Foster A Collaborative And Inclusive Work Environment.
Global Sales Enablement Strategy Development: The Candidate Should Have A Strong Understanding Of Global Markets And Sales Processes. They Should Be Able To Develop And Implement A Global Sales Enablement Strategy That Aligns With The Company's Overall Sales Goals And Objectives.
