1. Develop and implement a comprehensive training and development program for employees through the Intuit Academy.
2. Lead and manage a team of trainers and facilitators to deliver high-quality learning experiences.
3. Identify training needs and gaps within the organization and design programs to address them.
4. Collaborate with department heads and senior leaders to align training programs with business goals and objectives.
5. Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in adult learning to continuously improve the Intuit Academy program.
6. Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of training programs using quantitative and qualitative metrics.
7. Create and maintain training materials, resources, and tools for employees and trainers.
8. Foster a culture of continuous learning by promoting and encouraging participation in training and development opportunities.
9. Develop and manage the budget for the Intuit Academy program.
10. Act as a mentor and coach to employees, providing guidance and support for their professional development.
11. Lead by example and exemplify Intuit's values and culture in all interactions.
12. Collaborate with HR and talent acquisition teams to identify and develop high-potential employees for leadership roles.
13. Establish and maintain relationships with external training providers and vendors.
