  • Provide timely and effective technical support to employees, resolving technical issues related to desktops, laptops, printers, software, and other technology equipment.
  • Troubleshoot hardware and software issues, utilizing technical knowledge and problem-solving skills to identify and resolve problems in a timely manner.
  • Communicate clearly and professionally with employees to understand their technical needs and provide appropriate solutions.
  • Document and track all technical support requests and resolutions in a timely and accurate manner.
  • Maintain and update knowledge base articles and support documentation to ensure accurate and efficient troubleshooting processes.
  • Collaborate with other IT teams to escalate and resolve complex technical issues.
  • Install, configure, and maintain desktop and laptop hardware and software, ensuring all equipment is up-to-date and in proper working condition.
  • Train employees on the use of new technology and software, promoting self-service and empowering them to resolve common technical issues.
  • Continuously seek opportunities to improve and streamline technical support processes, leveraging new tools and technologies to enhance efficiency and user experience.
  • Keep up-to-date with the latest advancements and developments in technology, sharing knowledge and best practices with the team.

Job Qualifications
  • A Bachelor's Degree In Computer Science Or A Related Field: A Strong Educational Background In Computer Science Or A Related Field Demonstrates A Solid Foundation In Technical Knowledge And Skills Necessary For A Desktop Support Analyst Role At Intuit.

  • Excellent Troubleshooting Skills: A Desktop Support Analyst Should Have A Strong Problem-Solving Ability And Be Able To Diagnose And Resolve Technical Issues Efficiently And Effectively.

  • Knowledge Of Operating Systems And Software: A Desktop Support Analyst Should Be Well-Versed In Various Operating Systems, Such As Windows And Macos, And Have A Working Knowledge Of Common Software Used In An Office Environment.

  • Customer Service Experience: In Addition To Technical Skills, A Desktop Support Analyst Should Have Excellent Customer Service Skills. This Role Involves Working Closely With End-Users And Providing Technical Support, So The Ability To Communicate Effectively And Provide A Positive Customer Experience Is Essential.

  • Previous Experience In A Similar Role: While Not Always Required, Previous Experience In A Desktop Support Analyst Or Similar Role Is Highly Desirable. This Demonstrates A Proven Track Record Of Successfully Supporting End-Users And Resolving Technical Issues In A Fast-Paced Environment.
