We are currently seeking a Contracts and Marketing Manager to oversee our contracts and marketing initiatives and drive our business forward. This role requires a highly organized and detail-oriented individual with a strong understanding of contract management and marketing strategies.   1. Develop and maintain a comprehensive understanding of Intuit's business goals, products, and services.
  2. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement effective marketing strategies that align with company objectives.
  3. Manage and maintain all contracts, ensuring accuracy and timely completion.
  4. Monitor contract performance and make recommendations for improvements or modifications as needed.
  5. Negotiate and finalize new contracts with clients and partners.
  6. Oversee the creation and distribution of marketing materials, including but not limited to, advertisements, brochures, and digital content.
  7. Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends and opportunities for growth.
  8. Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including clients, partners, and vendors.
  9. Analyze and report on marketing and contract performance metrics.
  10. Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to continuously enhance Intuit's marketing and contract management strategies.
  11. Train and mentor junior team members on contract management and marketing processes.
  12. Ensure compliance with all legal and regulatory requirements related to contracts and marketing activities.
  13. Collaborate with finance and legal teams to ensure all contracts and marketing initiatives are within budget and comply with company policies.
  14. Continuously evaluate and improve processes for contract management and marketing to increase efficiency and effectiveness.
  15. Represent Intuit at industry events and conferences to promote the company's products and services.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Business Administration, Marketing, Or A Related Field.

  • Minimum Of 3-5 Years Of Experience In Contract Management And Marketing Roles.

  • Knowledge Of Contract Negotiation, Drafting, And Execution.

  • Proficiency In Marketing Strategies, Including Market Research, Brand Management, And Campaign Development.

  • Strong Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Build And Maintain Relationships With Clients, Vendors, And Internal Teams.
