- Develop and implement a comprehensive social media strategy that aligns with the company's overall brand and business objectives.
- Create and curate engaging and high-quality content for various social media platforms, including but not limited to Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, and LinkedIn.
- Monitor social media trends, tools, and applications and provide recommendations for new strategies and tactics to improve the company's social media presence.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, PR, and customer support, to ensure consistency in messaging and brand voice across all social media channels.
- Measure and analyze the performance of social media campaigns and provide regular reports and insights to stakeholders.
- Stay up-to-date with industry best practices and changes in social media algorithms to constantly improve and optimize the company's social media strategy.
- Manage and grow the company's social media community by engaging with followers, responding to comments and messages, and fostering meaningful relationships.
- Develop and maintain relationships with social media influencers and partners to amplify the company's message and reach new audiences.
- Collaborate with the design team to create visually appealing and on-brand social media assets.
- Act as a brand ambassador and ensure all social media content and communications adhere to the company's brand guidelines.
- Provide guidance and support to other team members on social media best practices and strategies.
- Identify and mitigate potential social media crises and develop crisis communication plans.
- Stay informed on industry and competitive trends and use that knowledge to inform and evolve the company's social media strategy.
- Manage social media advertising campaigns and budget allocation to maximize ROI.
- Continuously monitor and report on key performance indicators to track progress and make informed decisions to improve overall social media performance.
Excellent Written And Verbal Communication Skills
Bachelor's Degree In Communications, Marketing, Or Related Field
Minimum Of 5 Years Experience In Social Media Strategy And Management
Strong Understanding Of Various Social Media Platforms And Their Algorithms
Proven Track Record Of Developing Successful Social Media Campaigns And Increasing Engagement And Brand Awareness.
