- Monitor and analyze social media metrics to track the success of campaigns and continuously improve strategy.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure brand consistency and alignment across all social media channels.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in social media and digital marketing.
- Develop and maintain relationships with key influencers and stakeholders to expand the reach of our social media presence.
- Manage social media advertising campaigns and budget, ensuring maximum ROI.
- Respond to comments and messages on social media channels in a timely and professional manner.
- Act as a brand ambassador, representing Intuit and its values on social media.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams to support product launches, events, and other marketing initiatives through social media.
- Provide regular reports and insights on social media performance to management.
- Identify and mitigate potential risks or issues on social media platforms.
- Train and mentor team members on social media best practices and tools.
- Represent Intuit at industry events and conferences, building relationships and promoting our brand.
- Continuously seek out new opportunities to engage with our target audience and drive brand awareness.
Bachelor's Or Master's Degree In Communications, Marketing, Public Relations, Or A Related Field.
Minimum Of 5 Years Experience In Social Media Strategy And Management, Preferably In A Corporate Or Agency Setting.
Strong Understanding Of Social Media Platforms And Their Respective Analytics And Management Tools.
Excellent Written And Verbal Communication Skills, With The Ability To Craft Compelling Messaging And Communicate Effectively With Cross-Functional Teams.
Proven Track Record Of Developing And Implementing Successful Social Media Campaigns That Drive Engagement, Brand Awareness, And Customer Acquisition.
