• Provide strategic legal advice and guidance to product and engineering teams on complex legal and regulatory issues related to platform and artificial intelligence initiatives.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure compliance with laws and regulations.
• Conduct legal research and analysis to identify potential risks and provide recommendations for risk mitigation.
• Draft, review, and negotiate contracts and agreements related to platform and AI initiatives.
• Monitor and keep up-to-date with relevant laws, regulations, and industry developments related to platform and AI.
• Develop and implement policies and procedures to ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements.
• Partner with external counsel as needed to address legal issues and ensure timely resolution.
• Participate in product planning and development meetings to advise on legal implications and considerations.
• Provide training and guidance to internal teams on legal and regulatory matters related to platform and AI.
• Stay informed about industry best practices and make recommendations for improvements to current processes and procedures.
• Maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders and external partners.
• Work closely with other members of the legal team to identify and resolve legal issues and provide support on other projects as needed.
