AdTech & AI Privacy Counsel

The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of AdTech & AI privacy regulations, a passion for problem-solving, and the organizational skills to prioritize multiple projects in a timely manner. This position will require a high degree of professionalism and the ability to collaborate with stakeholders from multiple departments. If you have a Juris Doctor degree from a top-tier law school, at least 5 years of AdTech & AI privacy law experience, and a strong commitment to data privacy regulations, we would love to hear from you.

Responsibilities: -Provide legal advice to stakeholders on AdTech & AI privacy regulations -Develop and implement compliance strategies and policies to ensure that all AdTech & AI privacy regulations are met -Monitor and analyze AdTech & AI privacy regulations to identify potential risks and develop proactive solutions to address them -Collaborate with stakeholders across multiple departments to ensure compliance -Draft and negotiate contracts related to AdTech & AI privacy regulations -Research and analyze applicable laws, regulations, and case law -Provide legal counsel and guidance on complex AdTech & AI privacy matters -Advise on potential implications of proposed business initiatives on data privacy regulations -Stay up to date on the latest AdTech & AI privacy regulations and industry trends
