AdTech & AI Privacy Counsel

As a member of the legal team, you’ll be expected to provide clear, practical, and defensible advice and solutions to ensure Intuit’s compliance with applicable privacy laws and regulations.If you’re an experienced AdTech & AI Privacy Counsel with a deep knowledge of privacy and data security laws, an ability to think proactively and strategically, and a passion for protecting user privacy, then we want to hear from you.Your Qualifications:• JD from an accredited law school and current member in good standing of a state bar• A minimum of 5 years of experience as a privacy attorney, with a focus on digital/online privacy and data security issues• Significant understanding of AdTech and AI technologies, including a comprehensive understanding of the legal and regulatory landscape• Proven ability to lead and collaborate with business and technical teams to develop practical and creative solutions to privacy and data security issues• Excellent written and verbal communication skills• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects

1. Provide strategic and legal guidance on privacy and data security matters for AdTech and AI programs.
2. Ensure Intuit’s compliance with applicable privacy laws and regulations.
3. Analyze digital/online privacy and data security issues.
4. Lead and collaborate with business and technical teams to develop practical and creative solutions to privacy and data security issues.
5. Monitor and evaluate changes in the legal and regulatory landscape.
6. Communicate effectively with internal stakeholders.
7. Manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
